| Founded
in 2009, we are a small but promising organization based in Houston, TX.
Our focus is only on 'Training' and our goal is to equip our trainees with
hands-on ideas, tools, and processes which will help them get a jumpstart to a
promising career. We provide our trainees with valuable insights and tips
which they can use to efficiently and successfully steer projects and
initiatives in their organization. Our instructors have at least 10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst and/or Project Managers in a wide range of industries and are either certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Our mission is to keep training simple. Our training is low cost because we only focus on key areas. For example, we don't believe in designing a training that would cover a wide range of topics and charge $1000 - $1200. Our objective instead is to cover the fundamentals and make our trainees expert in crucial areas. These days a wide range of industries and organizational setups have a requirement for Business Analysts. Based on our experience we feel that a person who wants to start a career as a Business Analyst should first get themselves very familiar with the fundamental skills needed to become a good BA. Once they have achieved that they can - depending on their interest and past experience decide to persue a career either as a generalist or a specialist (i.e. Finance, Health Care, E&P, SAP, BW, etc …). |
